Although meditation is known as a practice associated with certain spiritual philosophies to achieve a high spiritual connection, there have also been many well-documented studies on the physical and mental health benefits of meditation. Meditation is no doubt a POWERFUL tool to relieve stress….but can it do more?

Recent pioneering experiments in neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to change in response to experience), has revealed that the brain is capable of altering its structure, function, and even of generating new neurons. Scientists are finding out that, not only does our external environment can have an impact on our brain, but practices such as mindful meditation do as well.

What exactly does this mean? It means that there is scientific proof that we have the power to totally TRANSFORM our lives.

 

Finding balance in the chaos

The study of man shows that we perform in 5 different dimensions; Physical, Mental, Social, Professional & Spiritual.

Since we live in a society with many diversions, and the human brain is not equipped to deal with so many options and so much stimulation, we are a very stressed nation, in fact, we are a very stressed world.

Because of our modern lifestyle, we have left our spiritual dimension ~our inner connection~ abandoned or left to a minimum, bringing us out of balance, sick and stressed out.               

By learning meditation techniques and how your human conditioning works, you will affect all the dimensions of your life in a powerfully positive way.

THE FOUNDATION

Most of your suffering, fears and unhealthy habits come from negative ideas towards yourself and your place in life. By becoming aware of what ideas have affected you, how you developed them and how to lovingly resolve them, you will have a strong foundation to experience the many benefits of a meditation practice.

THE MEDITATION COURSE

There are many meditation styles and they are a powerful tool for daily relaxation, mental clarity, and physical healing. This membership gives you the opportunity to discover, try and test what works best for you. You will be guided step by step from beginner to advance. The conscious practice develops discipline, determination, and focus, all the ingredients necessary to become a conscious creator.

THE MONTHLY GROUP CLASS

I will meet with the group once a month. As the group evolves, the monthly class will be divided into Beginners/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced. This will be a space to deepen on the things learned, time for Q & A and, some coaching when necessary. This will be a special time to practice meditation together with the rest of the members. You will be highly encouraged to participate live when at all possible.

After I outgrew my living room, I went in search of a space to teach from. I found the back room of a martial arts school. Soon, we had outgrown that space as well.

I needed an idea to help my meditation school grow to support the next move. I prayed and meditated for several days, until one afternoon while meditating, inspiration came.

I was given the idea to offer all my courses as a membership and I created the Spiritual Gym as an in-person membership program.

I am so thrilled to offer it now ONLINE and be able to reach even more people through this service.
